Individual Therapy

Discernment Counselling

This is a short-term, structured process designed specifically for couples who are unsure whether to stay together or separate… and want to make that decision thoughtfully, not in the heat of the moment.
Maybe one of you is leaning out while the other is desperately hoping things can be saved. Maybe you’re both confused. Either way, this isn’t couples therapy as usual, and it’s definitely not about convincing anyone of anything.

Child and Family Therapy
A supportive space for children and teens aged 5 to 17 to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Whether a young person is facing anxiety, depression, school stress, family changes, identity questions, or peer issues,
Sessions are grounded in empathy, trust, and collaboration, helping each child or teen develop coping skills, emotional awareness, and self-confidence. Our team works closely with families when appropriate, while respecting the young person's need for confidentiality and autonomy.
Gentle, playful support to help children feel seen, safe, and emotionally strong.
Designed for children ages 5–12, our child therapy sessions use play, art, movement, storytelling, and age-appropriate conversation to help kids express themselves, understand their feelings, and develop healthy coping skills. We support children navigating anxiety, behavior challenges, grief, emotional regulation, trauma, family changes (like separation or loss), school issues, social struggles, and more. Caregivers are an essential part of the process—we collaborate with you to strengthen connection, consistency, and growth at home.
EMDR
EMDR Therapy
Trauma-informed, evidence-based healing for when the past feels stuck in the present.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapy approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories, stuck emotions, and limiting beliefs—without needing to relive the pain in detail. EMDR can support healing from single-event trauma, complex or developmental trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, PTSD, grief, phobias, medical trauma, attachment wounds, and more. Whether you’re carrying something from years ago or struggling with the emotional weight of more recent events, EMDR offers a structured, respectful path toward lasting relief and nervous system regulation. All at your pace, and always with compassion.
Support Groups
Join our 6-week therapeutic support groups are designed to provide a safe, confidential, and encouraging space to explore your experiences alongside others who truly get it. Each group is guided by a trained facilitator and blends education, reflection, and connection to help you process, heal, and grow.
These small-group experiences are rooted in compassion, trauma-informed care, and real talk — no toxic positivity, just real support and shared humanity.
Each 75 minute session includes:
A weekly theme based on the group’s focus (grief, boundaries, betrayal, self-worth, etc.)
-Psychoeducation and evidence-based strategies
- Group discussions and reflection
-Optional take-home exercises
Groups are capped to keep the space intimate and connected. Whether you’re navigating a tough season or looking to deepen your self-awareness, these groups offer structure, support, and solidarity.

This therapy space is designed to support you through the real, raw, and rewarding journey of raising kids. Whether you're navigating tantrums, teen moods, coparenting stress, or just trying to break generational patterns, we’ll work together to build tools, self-awareness, and confidence.
You'll learn how to respond (not react), hold boundaries with compassion, and show up as the grounded parent you want to be — even when life is chaotic. This is a non-judgmental space where your growth matters just as much as your child’s.
