Areas of Focus: Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Relationship Issues, Cultural/Racial Identity, LGBTQ+
My own journey into healing began as a teenager. I was skeptical, I’ll be honest. Mental health wasn’t something we talked about openly in my family or culture, and I wasn’t sure I trusted the process. But a therapist who took the time to meet me where I was changed everything. That relationship cracked something open in me. I’ve been a believer in the power of therapeutic connection ever since. That personal experience is at the heart of why I do this work.

Renee Botwe MACP Provisional Psychologist
Hi I’m Renee! My Passions lie in: Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Stress, Emotional Regulation.
I’m a Ghanaian-Canadian Provisional Psychologist who helps individuals and couples find clarity, connection, and a little calm in the chaos of relationships. I’m trained in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2) and love helping people tackle communication struggles, recurring conflicts, and emotional distance with empathy…and practical tools that actually work. My style? Warm, down-to-earth, and a little cheeky. I believe growth happens in the honest, everyday moments of reflection and repair. Outside the therapy room, you’ll catch me laughing through a good sitcom, spending time with loved ones, or wandering HomeSense hunting for décor I absolutely don’t need (but totally want). If you are looking for a down to earth, genuinely kind space to grow, we definitely need to meet!

Laura Brown MACP Provisional Psychologist
Specializing in Men’s Mental Health, Youth, and Relationships Supporting individuals and couples in navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the complexities of connection. Straight-Talking, Compassionate, and Real Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or surface-level. My approach is direct, no-BS, and grounded in compassion. I’m a truth-teller in a way that feels safe, not harsh. I’ll meet you where you’re at, sit with you in the hard moments, and help you make sense of what’s actually going on without judgment and without pretending things are simpler than they are. Been There Too I don’t just understand this work professionally I understand it personally. I’ve experienced anxiety, trauma, shame, and relationship struggles firsthand. I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, stuck in patterns you can’t quite explain, or disconnected from the people you care about most. That lived experience allows me to show up not just as a psychologist but as a human sitting across from another human. What I Believe Humans are wired for connection. But sometimes things get in the way — communication breaks down; emotions feel too big, past experiences resurface, or we unknowingly work against ourselves. Together, we slow things down, unpack what’s happening beneath the surface, and create a path forward that actually feels doable.

Chelsey Petruik
(She/Her/Hers)
MSW, RSW
Hi I’m Chelsey! My passion lies in working with Gottman Method couples therapy, betrayal recovery, Grief and Loss, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Substance Use. I’m a trauma-informed therapist, with over 15 years working in the mental health field. I believe evidence based strategies work best to foster resilience, heal old wounds, and help you rebuild a life and relationships that feel real and authentic to you. I believe strong connections are the cornerstone of well-being, and endings can be just as transformative as beginnings. When I’m not in therapist mode, you’ll find me on my Peloton (Team Cody, always), binge-watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Parks or listening to the Backstreet Boys or Chromeo, Family is everything to me and life with my sisters is always full of laughs and loyalty. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where we can dive into the tough stuff, but I promise to keep it real, a little lighthearted, and maybe even fun. If you’re ready to do the work and have a few laughs along the way, we’ll make a great team.

Amandeep (Amy) Saini CCC
Hi I’m Amy!
I am passionate about working with: The Gottman Method Couples Therapy, EMDR, Trauma, Anxiety and Depression, Families, Children / Teens (ages 10 – 17) and Discernment. I offer counselling in English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu.
I’ve been doing this work for over 14 years, and what I’ve learned is that most people crave a space to be honest about what’s really going on. My approach is personalized, practical, and never cookie-cutter; I use tools that actually fit your life. Therapy doesn’t make the chaos disappear, but it can make it feel more manageable and less overwhelming. Together, we focus on understanding what you’ve been carrying and building strategies that genuinely help. My goal is for you to leave sessions with more clarity, support, and room to breathe. Outside of work, I’m a regular human who loves baking, binge-watching comfort shows, organizing for fun, and attempting gardening. I care deeply about real connection, honest conversations, and showing up—especially when life is messy.

Cece Warren
(She/Her/Hers)
MHSc, CCC RMFT, CT
Hi I’m Cece! I am incredibly passionate about couples work in general. My specialities lie in: Affair/Betrayal Recovery, Conflict Management, High Conflict and Discernment Counselling
I am about as real as it gets for a therapist. I get the days when you just love your spouse so deeply and the days when you kind of just don’t want them around and that’s the reality of marriage. Life and relationships aren’t always tidy at all and neither is the work it takes to keep them thriving. I help couples cut through the patterns that sabotage their connection. Using the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Terry Real’s Relational Life approach, I guide partners to see what’s really happening between them with honesty that’s both compassionate and direct. I don’t sugarcoat, because lasting change doesn’t come from tiptoeing around the truth. Whether you’re healing from betrayal, trying to repair old wounds, or feeling the distance grow, my focus is on helping you reconnect in a way that’s real, loving, and sustainable for wherever you are at in your journey. Over my 15 years as a couples therapist I have seen countless couples move through, pain, disconnection, separation, healing and rebuilding. If you’re ready to do the work with openness, courage, and a willingness to be challenged, I’ll walk beside you every step of the way.
